Healthy Mindset

The idea that another flawed and broken person can somehow complete and fill that gap in one's life baffles me. Being in love is great and beautiful, with two healthy people equally building each other up.

However, don't make the other person your fixer, continuously patching you back together. I have heard people say he completes me, and later, he no longer completes me.

No one should enter a relationship without first assessing their mental state.

Work on yourself, know your strengths and weaknesses and learn to work with them, but don't expect another person to fix and mould you. As a result, you leave trails of broken, distrusting, hurting and angry people.
